Amy Diane McQueen, age 47, of Woolmarket, passed away on Monday, January 13, 2020 in her home surrounded by family and friends.
Amy was born on May 6, 1972 in Gulfport, MS. She was a graduate of D’Iberville High School and MGCCC, Jefferson Davis Campus. She was a longtime participant in the American Cancer Society, Celebration of Life and worked as a Business Office Consultant. During her spare time, she enjoyed horses and riding, taking Montana to gym meets and spending time with her family.
Amy is preceded in death by her parents, Jerry McQueen; paternal grandparents, John C. Virginia McQueen; and maternal grandparents, Roy and Nellie Rogers.
Survivors include her children, Scott Cagle and Montana Pritchard; mother, Sharon McQueen-Braun and step-father, Bobby Braun; siblings, Jerry McQueen, Jr.; nieces, Erin and Gabrielle; and great niece, Addison; cousins and special cousin, Cherie; and lifelong dog till the end- Paisley and Audi.
A visitation will be held at the Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home on Thursday, January 16, 2020 from 5-7pm.
Funeral service will be held on Friday, January 17, 2020 at Woolmarket Baptist Church at 12:00 p.m. Friends may visit one-hour prior.
Interment will follow at Coalville Cemetery.
