Ana Maria Hernandez, 81, of Kiln, MS passed away Saturday, May 8, 2021 at Oschner Medical Center, North Shore in Slidell, LA.
Mrs. Hernandez was born in C.D. Juarez, Mexico on June 26, 1939. She was employed as a cashier at Walmart. Mrs. Hernandez enjoyed gardening, farming, hanging out at the beach, Mardi Gras, dancing and most of all, spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Pablo Simental Hernandez, Sr.; her father, Celso Aparicio; her mother, Carmen Mirano; her daughter, Rosalia Hernandez; her granddaughter, Cristina Castro; and her brothers, Manuel Aparicio and Juan Aparicio.
Mrs. Hernandez’s survivors include her children, Graciela (Alberto) Menchaca, Cristina (Franklin Castro, Sr.) Hernandez, Pablo (Kristen Eaton) Hernandez, Jr., Ricardo Hernandez, Ana (Michael) Stoufflet and Adriana (Scott) Vinson; fourteen grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and her siblings, Lorenzo (Hortencia) Aparicio and Enrique (Blanca) Aparicio.
A Memorial Service will be held at Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home on Howard Avenue in Biloxi on Saturday, May 22, 2021 at 2:00 pm. Friends may visit from 1:00 pm until service time.
