Cheryl Elaine Sliga passed away on May 28, 2021. She was 64 years old.
Cheryl was born on March 16, 1957 in Norwich, England. My dear "Cher" was a proud "military brat" who followed her US Air Force Dad & Mom all over the country and overseas, finally settling down at Keesler AFB, Mississippi where she graduated Biloxi High School in 1974. She met and married her husband, Ron of almost 47 years that same year at Keesler AFB and again, travelled the world as a proud US Air Force military spouse. Cheryl raised their son, Chris while occasionally volunteering and working outside the home at various jobs over the years and had a real flair for always making a house a home with her keen eye for decorating. Cheryl finally made the beautiful Mississippi Gulf Coast a permanent home in 1997 after military retirement and at long last got to establish lasting roots in the beautiful house of her dreams. My dear Cher had a beautiful smile and an irresistible spirit which will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Cheryl is survived by her loving husband, Ron; son, Chris; daughter in law, Brittany; and grandson, Sean.
