Terri Cook-Seymour, 51, of D’Iberville, passed away peacefully on Friday, February 5, 2016, surrounded by her family and friends after a lengthy illness.
She has been a lifelong resident of D’Iberville. Terri was a loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She enjoyed the Smokey Mountains and camping.
Terri is survived by her husband of 33 years, David A. Seymour; two sons, Adam (Jessica) Seymour and Chad (Ashlea) Seymour; and her precious grandson, Grant Wesley “G.W.” Seymour. She is also survived by her parents, Talmadge Cook, Sr. and Carolyn Cook of D’Iberville; siblings, Tammy Cook, Chris (Laura) Cook, Susan Cook-Davis, Anna (Raymond) Craven, Leslie (Don Marchand) Abbott, and Talmadge Cook, Jr. Terri is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Special Thanks to Paul and Joy Johnson, Anne Harbison and Father Robert (Bob) Higginbotham. Terri adored her two four-legged babies, Buddy and Bella, who were constantly by her side. She was of the Catholic Faith.
A visitation will be held at the Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 10, 2016.
