Abbie M. Walker

Mrs. Abbie M. Walker, age 79, a longtime resident of Pascagoula, MS., died Thursday, October 16, 2008, in Ocean Springs. Mrs. Walker was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Walker, a son, Stuart Walker and numerous friends. Survivors include a son, Hal Walker and wife, Mary, of Gautier, MS., two grandchildren, Mark Walker and Danee Costa and husband, Mike, and two great-grandchildren, Asa Costa and Landon Westfall. A Memorial Service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 25, 2008 at St. John's Episcopal Church in Pascagoula, where friends may visit thirty minutes prior to service. In lieu of flowers the family prefers memorials be made to St. John's Episcopal Church, 3507 Pine Street, Pascagoula, MS. 39507. The Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
