Adam Charles Thornton, Jr.

Adam Charles Thornton, Jr., 22, of D’Iberville, MS passed away on Monday, December 27, 2021 in D’Iberville.

Mr. Thornton was born in Biloxi, MS on October 27, 1999 to Stefanie Richmond and Adam Thornton, Sr. He was a 2019 graduate of D’Iberville High School. Mr. Thornton was employed as a deckhand. He loved cars, fishing, playing football and most of all, being surrounded by his family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his great-grandmothers, Joyce Coley and Mary Ann Butiro; and his grandmother, Elda Elizabeth Broussard-Coley.

Mr. Thornton’s survivors include his mother and stepfather, Stefanie and Robert Richmond; his father, Adam Thornton, Sr.; his stepmother, Kimberly Hester; his sisters, Brittany Coley and Ryleigh Richmond; his stepbrother, Davy Stone; his stepsister, Mandy Stone; his grandmother, Kathy Thornton; his grandfather, Joseph Coley; his aunts, Tanya Coley and Amy Poulin; his cousins, Brian Coley, Blake Heniser, Brandon Coley, Haley Coley and Ella Poulin; his uncles, Marcus Richmond and family, Daryl Richmond and family and Danny Richmond and family; and many more loving family and friends.

Funeral Services will be held at Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home on Howard Avenue in Biloxi on Saturday, January 15, 2022 at 1:00 pm. Friends may visit from 12:00 pm until service time. Interment will follow at D’Iberville Memorial Park.
