Mrs. Adeline DeLuca, 87, of Biloxi, MS, died Friday, April 9, 2010, in Biloxi.
Mrs. DeLuca was born in New York City and had been a resident of Biloxi for the past seven years. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who was a compassionate, loving friend to all who knew her. She loved to laugh and have fun with her sisters. She was of the Catholic faith.
Mrs. Deluca was preceded in death by her husband of 68 years, Salvatore Deluca; her parents, Mateo and Christina Sanchirico; and brother, William "Bill" Sanchirico. She is survived by her daughters, Gail (Eddie) Williams of Biloxi, and Cathy Cartwright of Ocala, FL; son, Jerome Deluca of West Palm Beach, FL; sisters, Josephine Romano of Royal Palm Beach, FL, Francis "Fuzzy" Romano of Suffern, NY, and Anna D'Amato of Port St. Lucie, FL; twelve grandchildren; two great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation is Monday, April 12, 2010, from 6 until 8 p.m. at Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, 675 Howard Avenue, in Biloxi. Mrs. Deluca will have another visitation Thursday, April 15, 2010, from 2 till 4 p.m. and 6 till 8 p.m. at Lake Worth Memory Gardens Funeral Home (561-964-3772), in Lake Worth, FL. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, April 16, 2010, in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be in Lake Worth Memorial Gardens.
