Aishlinn Rory Straka

Aishlinn Rory Straka, age 19 months, passed away on Sunday, August 9, 2009, in New Orleans, LA., after a courageous battle against leukemia. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Douglas Nelson. Survivors include her parents Casey and Jennifer (Nelson) Straka; brothers, Kai and Korbin Straka and grandparents, Helen Burmeister, Teresita Nelson, and Debra and William Straka. Visitation will be Wednesday, August 12, 2009 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home. Services and burial will be in Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Steubeville, Ohio. Special thanks to the staff of the Children's Hospital in New Orleans, LA. In lieu of flowers the family prefers donations be made to the American Cancer Society with donation preference to the Patrick F. Taylor Hope Lodge, New Orleans, LA.
