Alan Dean Layne

Alan Layne, 49 of Biloxi died Wednesday, February 4, 2009 in Biloxi. Alan was a lifelong resident of the Gulf Coast. He had a free spirit with a big heart. He was a hard worker. Alan was a loving son, brother and friend to all who knew him. Alan was preceded in death by his father, Robert Layne, sister, Michelle Russell, and brothers, Tommy and Randy Powell. His survivors include his mother, Betty Layne of Andalusia, AL, sisters, Jeanette (Ronnie) Kearns of Andalusia, AL, Donna Sue (Ray) Lunsford of Asheville, NC, and Joanne (Jerry) Foreman of Vancleave, MS. Service will be Sunday, February 8, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. in the Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, Biloxi where friends may visit from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. Interment will be in Biloxi City Cemetery.
