Alan Edward Smith

Alan Edward Smith, age 44, passed away on Tuesday, December 1, 2020. Alan was born on February 14, 1976 in Wichita Falls, TX to George Smith and Yuriko Aizawa. He graduated from Ocean Springs High School in 1994. Alan lived his life to the fullest. He enjoyed hanging out with his kids, friends, and family. Alan was a jack-of-all-trades. If anyone needed anything fixed, he was the one to call. He could take the ugliest piece of furniture and make it look amazing. Alan was preceded in death by his parents, George Smith and Yuriko Aizawa. Survivors include his two children, Tristan Smith and Logan Smith; brother, Eric Smith; sisters, Lisa (Jeremy) Gambler, Tiffani Galeos, Crystal Tajima, and Rebecca (Charlie) Tisbury; mother, Deborah Smith; nieces and nephews, Brittney (Dustin) Hodges, Hailey (Wyatt) Peterson, Joey (Kayla) Smith, Andrew Smith, Dalton Waltman, Jayde Tisbury, Kiera and Olivia Tajima; partner, Jay Jensen; best friend, Chuck Salvatore; and his cat, Jack. A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, December 8, 2020 at New Beginnings Church, 3827 Bienville Blvd., Ocean Springs, MS 39564 at 6:00 p.m. The Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home is honored to serve the Smith family.
