Mr. Albert "Leo" Lamb, Jr., 58, of Ocean Springs, MS, died Friday, January 29, 2010, in Ocean Springs.
Mr. Lamb was born in Batesville, MS and had been a longtime resident of the coast. He was employed as a welder with Ingall's since 1971. He was a master mason of the McCloud Lodge #424 F&AM in Ocean Springs, and a member of the Scottish Rites and York Rite Bodies of Biloxi.
Mr. Lamb was preceded in death by his parents, Albert Leo Lamb, Sr., and Lois Lamb. Survivors include his wife, Marlene Polson Lamb, three daughters, Linda Heflin, Angelia (William) Castillo, and Crystal (Jerry) Lamb; five sisters, Judy Ford, Faye Ryan, Jane Lamb, Annie Ladnier, and Della Warren; two brothers, Frank Lamb and Ed Lamb; nine grandchildren, Trey Ladnier, James Baxter, Garrett Ladnier, Kaitlyn Valladarez, Brooklyn Castillo, Bethany Wilde, Serena Berryman, Whitney Heflin, Carrie Heflin, Austin, Dylessa and Savanna Beauvais; aunts and uncles, Jim Lamb, Mr. and Mrs. Leon Lamb, and Mr. and Mrs. Mervin Hollis; and a host of cousins and friends.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, February 2, 2010, at Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home in Ocean Springs where friends may visit one hour before service time. Interment will follow in Magnolia Cemetery in Lucedale
