Albert Ragusin Flickner

Mr. Albert Ragusin Flickner, 58, of Biloxi, MS, died Sunday, March 22, 2009, in Biloxi. Mr. Flickner was a native and lifelong resident of Biloxi. He was a veteran of the U. S. Navy and a civil service employee at the Sea Bee Navy Base in Gulfport. He was a member of Cedar Lake United Methodist Church. Mr. Flickner was preceded in death by his mother, Lydia Ragusin Flickner, and father, Charles O. Flickner, Sr. He is survived by his wife, Janet Henley Flickner; brother, Charles O. (Christine) Flickner, Jr.; Niece, Catherine; nephew, Anthony, step-son, Richard Watts; and two step-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers the family prefers memorials be made to the Humane Society of South MS, 2615 25th Ave., Gulfport, MS 39501. Graveside services will be held Wednesday, March 25, 2009, at 11 a.m. at D'Iberville Memorial Park. Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, Howard Avenue, in Biloxi is in charge of arrangements.
