Albert Richard Kostal

Mr. Albert Richard Kostal, age 73, of Ocean Springs, MS, died Sunday, September 4, 2005, in Ocean Springs. Mr. Kostal was a resident of the community since 1966. He served in the U.S. Air Force for over 20 years and was proud to serve his country with pride. He was a member of the American Legion in Biloxi and was a member of St. Paul United Methodist Church in Ocean Springs. Mr. Kostal was preceded in death by his parents, Albert Kostal and Olga Cieneke. He is survived by his wife, Doris Winsor Kostal. They would have been married fifty years on November 11, 2005. He is also survived by a son, Richard Wayne Kostal and wife, Gina, of Ocean Springs; a sister, Shirley Durbin and husband, Jim, of Lakeland, FL; a brother, Wayne Kostal of Omaha, NE; brother-in-law, Ralph Winsor and wife, Freda, of Canada; sister-in-law, Effie Walsh and husband, Tony, of Canada; and two grandchildren, Richard Wayne Kostal, Jr., and Ryan Winsor Kostal. On Wednesday, September 7, 2005, an 11 AM chapel service was held at the Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home, where friends visited from 10-11 AM. Burial was in the Biloxi National Cemetery.
