Alberta Wallace

Mrs. Alberta Wallace, age 66, of Ocean Springs, MS., died Monday, July 11, 2005, in Pascagoula. Mrs. Wallace was a resident of the community since 1965. She attended Central High School in St. Louis, MO. She later married Charles J.H. Wallace. Mrs. Wallace was a member of the 1699 Historical Society. She was a substitute teacher in the Ocean Springs School System and was a member of Christus Victor Lutheran Church. She was preceded in death by her parents and her ex-husband of 40+ years, Charles Wallace. She is survived by five daughters, Elizabeth "Glenn" Lassere of Biloxi, MS., Deborah "John" Gleva of Ocean Springs, MS., Laura "Jeffrey" Taylor of Gautier, MS., Paula "Allen" McGill of Wetumpka, AL., and Annette "Craig" Dauzat of Montgomery, AL., two sisters, Ida Curtis of D'Iberville, MS., and Linda Faulise and Jim of Pennellville, NY, fifteen grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren. Visitation will be on Thursday, July 14, 2005, from 6-9 PM, at the Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home. On Friday, July 15, 2005, there will be a 10 AM church service at Christus Victor Lutheran Church. Burial will follow in Crestlawn Memorial Park.
