Aldora "Sugar" Arcement Ross

Aldora “Sugar” Arcement Ross of Vancleave, MS, 90 years old, died on Saturday, March 11, 2023.

Mrs. Ross was born on May 15, 1932 in Violet, LA. She was of the Catholic/Episcopal faith.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Rene and Esma Savoy Arcement; her brothers, Rene Jr., Marcel, Russell and Charles Arcement of Violet, LA; her sister, Marion Geiser; her husband, Louis Ross Sr.; her daughter, Aldora Bourcy; her son, Louis Ross Jr. and her great-grandsons, Nathan and Jeffery McDonnell all of Biloxi, MS.

Survivors include her daughters, Louise and Florence Ross, Judy (Richard) Wilder, Susan Baker O’Neal, Cheryl (Johnny) Cruthirds, Barbara (David) Skinner; her son, David Ross; 15 grandchildren; 47 great-grandchildren; and 11 great-great-grandchildren.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to Hospice of Light and special appreciation to Donna York, RN.

A memorial service will be held at 2 pm on Saturday, April 15, 2023 at Church of the Redeemer.
