Alta "Fern" Brown Richard

Alta “Fern” Brown Richard, 79, of Saucier, MS passed away on Sunday, February 5, 2017. Fern was a native of Maxie, MS and was a resident of the MS Gulf Coast over the past 60 years. She is preceded in death by her husband, Wallace J. Richard, Sr.; and parents, Charlie and Mary Brown. Survivors include her daughter, Sherry (Billy) Jones; sons, Wallace J. (Liz) Richard, Jr., Terry (Stephanie) Richard, Billy Richard and Darren Richard; 12 grandchildren; and 8 great grandchildren. A graveside service will be held at D’Iberville Memorial Park on Wednesday, February 8, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. The Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
