Amy Beatrice Lamere

Amy Beatrice Lamere, 87, of Biloxi, MS died on Thursday, August 21, 2008 in Ocean Springs, MS. She was a longtime resident of Gulfport/Biloxi and a telephone operator for many years until her retirement. She was of the Baptist faith. Mrs. Lamere is preceded in death by her husband, Stuart Lamere; parents, Abe and Grace Huffstickler; sister, Catherine Breland; brother, Abe Huffstrickler, Jr. and infant son, Parks D. Pearce, Jr. She is survived by her sister, Ruby O'Neal; nieces and nephews, Jackie Sue Pickich, Abe Huffstickler, III, Kathleen Becnel, Terrie Cassar and Lee Huffstickler; several great and great great nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, August 25, 2008 at 12:30 pm at Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, Howard Ave., Biloxi where friends may visit one and half hours prior to service time.
