Andrea Cecelia Landry Broach

Andrea Cecelia Broach, 82, of Biloxi, MS passed away Saturday, May 27, 2023. She was born March 18, 1941 to Sheldon and Nola Landry.

Andrea graduated from Biloxi High School in 1960. She was a member of many associations such as the Steel Magnolias and the Southernettes where she was their Queen in 1980. Since 1964, Andrea has also been a member of Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church. She was an avid Saints fan and loved telling stories from “back in the day”. Andrea also loved raising children, even if they weren’t her own.

She is preceded in death by husband, Hugh Russell Broach Jr.; and siblings, Ethel Skrmetta, Sheldon Landry Jr., Lonnie Landry, and Catherine Gongi.

Survivors include her children, Carolyn Handler, David (Shelly) Broach, and Jeri (Eric) Johnson; grandchildren, Randa (Bo) Craig, Renee Lee, Abigayle Handler, McKenzie Johnson, and Charlee Kate Johnson; and great-grandchildren, Hayes Craig.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 am on Thursday, June 1, 2023 at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church. Friends are invited to visit one hour prior. Interment will be at Southern Memorial Park. The family would like to thank Morris Handler for all his help with their mom throughout the years.
