Andrew Parker, Sr., age 78, passed away on January 24, 2021 in Biloxi, MS.
Andrew was born and raised in Biloxi and was a lifelong traveler and adventurer. He traveled and lived throughout the U.S. from Florida to California and loved the Colorado Mountains. He was a highly skilled electrician, an avid reader, fisherman, bird watcher, gardener, and lover of nature. Andrew was a free spirit who lived free.
Andrew was preceded in death by his parents, Laura Mamie Stevenson Parker and Andrew Joseph Trahan; great-grandparents, Charles Newt and Leona Stevenson and Honora and Viola Trahan; siblings, Lyle W. Seymour, Lindus “Bubba” J. Seymour, and Llyod K. Seymour.
Andrew is survived by his 3 children, Andrew “Andy” Parker, Jr. (Karon), Christopher “Chris” Parker, and Ann Marie Parker Celano; siblings, Diane Parker Creel, Charles Douglas Parker, L.C. Seymour, Linda Jo Seymour Matlock, and Lyman Seymour; 8 grandchildren, Reachel Parker Vacca, Tyler Parker Klodnicki, Myranda Parker Joiner, Andrew “Drew” Parker, lll, Samantha Parker, Sarah Celano, Tony Celano and Emily Celano; and 10 great-grandchildren.
No services will be held. The Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home is honored to serve the parker family.
