April Brogan Kelley

April Brogan Kelley, age 43, of Laplace, Louisiana, passed away on Sunday, February 28, 2021. April was born January 29, 1978 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She attended Union High School in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She loved the Patriots and Tom Brady. She is preceded in death by grandparents; James R. and Betty L. Shipman, Charles and Vera Brogan, and Charlotte Frances Anderson Carman. She is survived by parents, Craig and Joy Carman; significant other, Robert Shannon; grandfather, John Edwin Carman, child; Braydn Paul Kelley; father of her son, Kevin Kelley; siblings, Chad and Brent Brogan; and beloved cat, Bruin. Services will be held on Sunday, March 14, 2021 at Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home, Howard Avenue at 3:00 PM. Friends are invited to visit an hour prior to the service.
