Archie Roan Roberts II

Archie Roan Roberts, II, of Pass Christian, MS died on June 25, 2012 in Gulfport. Mr. Roberts was born on July 27, 1946, in Vardaman, MS. He served in the National Guard 890th Combat Engineer, and was employed at Struthers Industries for forty years. He was a member of Edgewater Christian Fellowship Church. Mr. Roberts was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Mildred Roberts; grandson, Ethan Roberts; and great grandson, Camar’i Barrett. Survivors include his wife, Sandra Roberts; sons, Jody (Glenda) Roberts, Archie (Peggy) Roberts III and James (Dana) Roberts II; daughters, Suzanne (Chuck) Collums, Toni Murphy and Gabi Lorenzo; grandchildren, Thomas Roberts, Brandy Roberson, Deven Graves, Lance Graves, Jared Roberts, Tanner Watts, Madison Roberts, Hunter Lorenzo; great grandchildren, Chase Roberson, A’niyah Keys and Kimani McCree; brothers, Charles (Judy) Roberts, Jerry Roberts, Rodney (Teresa) Roberts; and sister Mary (William) Winstead. A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 29, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home, 15th St., Gulfport, where friends may visit one hour before. Burial will be in Midway Cemetery, Vardaman, MS, Calhoun County, at a later date.
