Arthur Henry Adkins

Arthur Henry (Art) Adkins, Jr., age 58, of Gulfport, died Sunday, May 26, 2019, in Gulfport. Mr. Adkins was born January 29, 1961, in Tucson, AZ. He graduated from Biloxi High School and was honorably discharged from the US Army. His interest was race car driving. He is preceded in death by his mother Joyce Margaret Adkins and a brother Paul Anthony Adkins. Mr. Adkins is survived by his wife Maida Adkins, his father Arthur Henry Adkins, Sr., children Benjamen Amir Adkins, April Mitchell and Derek Williams; grandchildren Kaleb, Jacob, Jackson, Peyton and Summer; sisters Janette Kopp (Richard), Karen Harmic (Joe), and Polly Waldrop (Jack), and numerous nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held Monday, June 3, 2019, from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. with a service to follow at 12:00 p.m. at Bradford O’Keefe Funeral Home, 15452 O’Neal Road, Gulfport.
