Arthur "Billy" Levins, Jr.

Arthur “Billy” Levins, Jr., age 80, of D’Iberville died Friday, February 8, 2013 in Ocean Springs. Mr. Levins was a native and lifelong resident of the coast. He served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean Conflict. He enjoyed carpentry and woodworking and mechanics. Mr. Levins worked for Keesler Air Force Base in maintenance. He enjoyed hunting and being in the outdoors. Mr. Levins is preceded in death by his wife of 49 years, Lurline Forshee Levins. Survivors include his children, Darlene Levins and Thomas Levins, both of Biloxi; his brothers, Leslie Levins of Woolmarket and Jerald Levins of Hattiesburg; and his beloved dog, Buddy. Funeral Services will be held at the Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home on Wednesday, February 13, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. Friends may visit from 11:00 a.m. until service time. Interment will follow at D’Iberville Memorial Park.
