Audrey Cathrine Drake Kuhn

Audrey Cathrine Drake Kuhn, 75, of Biloxi, MS died Tuesday, January 17, 2012 in Biloxi. Audrey was a resident of the Gulf Coast since 1965 and she was a 1972 graduate of MGCCC. She was a teacher's assistant for the Gulfport School District until 1979. Audrey was a member of TOPS 0190 D'Iberville for 25 years. She was a faithful member of the Lemoyne Blvd. Baptist Church of St. Martin. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 54 years, Herbert French Kuhn; parents, Ira Melvin Drake and Iley Frances Keaton Drake; sisters, Lona Reynolds and Ruby Baylous; brothers, Delmer Drake, Eddie "Bod" Drake, Robert Monroe and Delford Drake. Survivors include her sons, Freddie (Karen) Kuhn, Alan (Pam) Kuhn and Alvin "Herbie" (Rosalind) Kuhn; daughter, Shirley Mayo; grandchildren, Herbert Ralph "H.R." Kuhn, Kristin Kuhn, Jennifer (Jayson) Slade, Matthew (Shannon) Kuhn, Amanda Mayo, Meagon (Ben) Touchstone, Jeremy Kuhn, Marshall Kuhn and Jordan Kuhn; eight great-grandchildren; sisters, Macel Cook, Jennia Dooley, Edith Grim and Dormal McClain; and brothers, Delbert Drake, Ronzil Drake and Denvil Drake. Visitation will be held Thursday, January 19, 2012 from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm with a 9:00 am service on Friday, January 20, 2012 all at Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe. Interment will follow at the Biloxi National Cemetery.
