Augusta Frentz Beaumont

Mrs. Augusta Beaumont, age 86, of Biloxi, MS., died on Sunday, September 24, 2006, in Biloxi. Mrs. Beaumont was a lifelong resident of the Coast and an active member of First United Methodist Church in Biloxi. She was loved and will be missed by family and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Edgar Beaumont; her parents, Augustus and Lena Frentz, and her loving companion, Oreo. Survivors include her daughter, Janet Kennedy and husband, Pat , of Ocean Springs; one son, Chet Beaumont, Jr. and wife, Rene, of Carlsbad, NM; one sister, Leona VanWinkle of Corpus Christi, TX and a brother, Leon Frentz of Biloxi. Mrs. Beaumont's body was donated for research to the LSU Medical School. A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to First United Methodist Church of Biloxi, P.O. Box 28, Biloxi, MS 39533. The Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
