Barbara Walker

Mrs. Barbara May (Nuttbrock) Walker, 66, of Biloxi, passed away Wednesday, September 7, 2006 after her brave fight against cancer. She was born in Brainerd, Minnesota to Jessie (Hoskins) Magnan and Joseph Nuttbrock. She is survived by her children, Kevin Lewis Peterson, Kip William Peterson, Kim Jolene Olmsted, Kyle Jason Peterson and Kara Lynne Magana; 15 grandchildren; also survived by her brothers and sisters Roger Nuttbrock, John Nuttbrock, Patricia Durose, Merry Osvold, Benjamin Magnan, Louis Magnan and Lois Magnan; and her former husband, Leon Walker. She was preceded in death by her parents; former husband, Albert Peterson; and brother, David Nuttbrock. Graveside services were held Friday, September 8, 2006 at 10 AM in Biloxi, MS at Biloxi National Cemetery. The Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Homes was in charge of arrangements. A memorial service will be held in Baxter, Minnesota on Sunday, September 17, 2006 at 1 PM at the Lord of Life Lutheran Church, 6190 Fairview Road.
