Beatrice "Bea" Manuel

Beatrice "Bea" Manuel, 77, of Vancleave, MS, died Monday, Sept. 12, 2005, in Vancleave. Mrs. Manuel was born July 18, 1928, in Biloxi, MS. She was a member of La Pettite Club of Biloxi, Fleur De Lis Society Ladies Auxiliary, and also the Golden Age Club. Mrs. Manuel was preceded in death by her husband, George Loven Manuel; daughter, Carole Marie Manuel; three sisters, Nola Barris, Beulah Lee and Lydia Wilkerson; and three brothers, Burris Premeaux, Dennis Premeaux and Clement Premeaux. She is survived by her daughters, Dianne L. Buell and husband Billy of Vancleave, and Patricia M. Griffith and husband Charlie of Knoxville, TN; two sons, Jerry D. Manuel and wife Audrey of Canoca Park, CA, and Danny R. Manuel and wife Suzie of Vancleave; seven grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Sept. 17, 2005, at the Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home at 3 p.m., where friends may call from 2-3 p.m. Interment will be at Biloxi National Cemetery.
