Benny Ray Johnston

Benny Ray Johnston, 25, of Biloxi, MS was taken from this life on Thursday, April 15, 2010. He was born to this earth on November 10, 1984. Benny was a free spirit with a big heart who never met a stranger. He had a passion for music and a dream to be famous. Benny's smile was contagious and his personality was one of a kind. Benny is preceded in death by his father, Alton Johnston; grandmother, Rita Johnston; maternal grandparents, Forrest and Bobbie Jones; paternal uncles, Tom and Mark Johnston. He leaves to grieve, his mother, Ruth Cruse and father by fate, Kevin Cruse, Sr.; brothers, A.J. and Michael Johnston and Kevin Cruse, Jr.; step-sister, Joanna Ladnier; sister-in-law, Maghan Johnston (Michael); nephew, Tyler and niece, Ashlyn; Uncle Rusty, Aunt Julie and cousins, Rita, Lily, Rusty, Steven and Jeffery Johnston are mourning his loss, along with all the extended family members of the Johnston, Jones and Cruse families. He also leaves four special little girls that he loved as his own: Tiffany, Carly, Claudia and Jasmine. Benny was greatly loved and leaves a multitude of friends to grieve his loss. Funeral services will be on Saturday, April 24, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. at the Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, Biloxi. Friends may visit from 12:00 p.m. until service time. Interment will follow in Swetman Cemetery, D'Iberville.
