Betty Ann Conway

Mrs. Betty Ann Conway Parker, age 73, of Morehead City, NC, formerly of Biloxi, MS, died Thursday, July 4, 2013, at Carteret General Hospital. Betty retired from Onslow Memorial Hospital and worked for ten years at Biloxi Regional Hospital. She was a former member of Bay Vista Baptist Church in Biloxi, past queen and member of Daughters of the Nile Japhia Temp 146 and member of the Eastern Star Chapter #388. She was preceded in death by her parents, Gray and Armecia Conway and sister, Edna Gray Conway. Survivors include her husband, Frank G. Parker Sr. of Biloxi, two sons, Frank G. (Cynthia) Parker Jr. and Hosie Edward Parker, four grandchildren, Theresa (Don) Baldwin, Rebecca Parker, Brittany Parker and Nicholas Parker and one great-grandchild, Elizabeth Baldwin. Visitation will be on Thursday, July 11, 2013, from 9 am until 11 am, 10:45 am Daughters of the Nile service, with an 11 am chapel service, all at the Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Crestlawn Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers the family prefers memorials be made to Shriners's Burn Center, 711 7th Street, Galveston, TX 77550 or to Hospital for Crippled Children donorrelations@shrinernet.org.
