Betty Curry Jubinville, 73, of Biloxi died Thursday, August 25, 2005 in Biloxi. She was born in Biloxi and was a longtime resident of Gulfport. Mrs. Jubinville was a lifelong member of Handsboro United Methodist Church, where she served on the Board of Directors, as UMW Director, as a Sunday School Teacher and on various committees. In October of 1996, Mrs. Jubinville retired after 30 years of Federal Service. During her career, she received numerous awards and recognition from her superiors.
She was a dedicated, loving mother and friend. She will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her father, Henry L. Curry, mother, Irma Cochran Curry and twin sons, Ronald and Donald Worrell.
She is survived by a daughter, Cheryl L. Latil and her husband, Robert W. Latil, Jr; two sons, (John) Michael Worrell and his wife, Lisa Worell and Steven Lewis Worrell; her step-mother, Ophelia Curry; a sister, Joyce Curry Hicks; six grandchildren, Laurie and Julie Latil, Michael Kyle Worrell, Amanda Toche Fountain, Brooke Worrell, Tanya Worrell; and two great-grandchildren, Alyssa and Caden; and a nephew Mickey Hicks.
The funeral service will be Saturday, August 27, 2005 at 3:00 p.m. at Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, 15th Street, Gulfport where friends may visit from 2:00 p.m. until the service. Interment will follow at Coalville Cemetery.
