BeBetty Earp Cooper, 79, of Biloxi, died Tuesday, March 21, 2006 in Biloxi. Mrs. Cooper was a native of Pauls Valley, OK. She had been a Coast resident for the past three years. She retired from the Social Security Administration as a claims representive after twenty-eight years of service. Mrs. Cooper had been attending St. Thomas Catholic Church in Long Beach. Mrs. Cooper was preceded in death by her husband of 40 years, Bill Earl Cooper. Survivors include her daughter, Sharon Cooper Perez and her husband Jeffrey of Gulfport; son, Darryl Lee Cooper and his wife Patti of Prescott Valley, AZ; 5 grandchildren, Justin Joseph Perez, Ashley Mary-Louise Perez, Caite Lee Halliburton, Meaghan Louise Cooper and William Mulcahy Cooper, and 1 great grandchild, Maddylan Halliburton. A memorial service will be held at 6:30 P.M., Friday, March 24, 2006 at Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home, Pass Road, Biloxi, where friends may visit 6 until 8:00 P.M. Mrs. Cooper will be sent to Roller Citizens Funeral Home in West Memphis, AR for services and burial. Interment will be in Crittenden County Memorial Park in West Memphis, AK. Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, Pass Road is in charge of arrangements.
