Betty Jean "Stormy" Brewer

Mrs. Betty "Stormy" Brewer, 62, of Biloxi, MS, died Friday, January 5, 2007, in Ocean Springs. Mrs. Brewer was born in Mobile, Alabama and had been a resident of the coast for the past 15 years. She was a member of Lemoyne Boulevard Baptist Church and a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her father, Lloyd Peffer and son-in-law, Brian McCarthy. Survivors include her husband, Dan Brewer; a son, Bryan Thomaston; one step-daughter, Deborah McCarthy; four step-sons, Mark Anthony Finch, Bobby Finch, Daniel Brewer and his wife, Erin, and Jonathan Brewer; her sister, Linda Weems and her husband, Tommy; her brother, Forrest Peffer; ten grandchildren, two great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Tuesday, January 9, 2007, from 6 until 8 p.m. at the Lemoyne Boulevard Baptist Church with a memorial service at 7 p.m. The family prefers memorials be made in Betty's name to the Breast Cancer Society.
