Betty Roberts

Betty Havens Roberts, 82, was born in Vancleave and was a longtime resident of Biloxi. On September 20, 2018, Betty passed from this earth to rejoin the love of her life, Joe Edd Roberts. She is preceded in death by her parents, Velt and Lula Havens; sisters, Ruth Bond Reed, Jean Bond Ryan, and twin Barbara Haven Bell. She is survived by her sister, Billy Dee Havens Cox; daughters, Pat Dossett Tanner, Sandi Kirk (Lloyd), Cece Johnson (Frank); grandchildren, David Dossett, Patrick Dossett, Samantha Kirk, Dustin Kirk, Alex Kirk; multiple nieces and nephews; great nieces and great nephews whom she viewed as surrogate grandchildren. She was loved by one and all. Love and miss you Mopsy. Service will be held on Monday, September 24, 2018 at 12:30 pm at the Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home. Friends may visit from 11-12:30 pm. Interment will follow at Biloxi National Cemetery.
