Betty Ruth Knesal`

Mrs. Betty Ruth Knesal, 83, of Biloxi, died Friday, April 2, 2010, in Biloxi. "As my soul starts on its final journey I want to express my love and appreciation to those who have helped me in this vale of tears. First I thank Almighty God for allowing me to be born into my precious faith in this wonderful country. I thank Him for my loving and doting parents, the late Ruth and Joe Bujarski of Little Rock, AR, and all the family and friends I have left there. I thank Him for the dedicated teachers of Our Lady of Good Counsel School and Mount St. Mary's Academy in Little Rock. I thank Him for the friends I made during my working years at the Pentagon and Gulfport and Biloxi Veterans Administration Hospitals. I can't thank Him enough for leading me to my long suffering, patient husband, William E. Knesal, who helped and encouraged me in everything I wanted to do. God blessed us both by lending us five of his most precious children and grandchildren: Rebecca and Robb Walt of Aurora, CO, William E. Knesal, Jr. and Candy of Gulfport, Robert J. "Bobby" Knesal and Rhonda of Gulfport, Barbara and Keith Levine of Gulfport, and Barry D. Knesal and Amanda of Gulfport; and grandchildren, Katherine (Jon) Young, Mark, Brent and Caroline Knesal, Geoffrey and Jarrod Knesal, Sarah (Kurt) Lehrmann; and Knox, and Renn Knesal. I thank Him for my in-laws and the parents of my daughters and sons-in-law. We were most blessed with a wonderful extended family. I most especially want to thank Him for the wonderful, whacky friends I made during my years in little theater, those who showed me how much fun it was to be somebody else for a few hours a week. I thank my pastors, Father Thomas White and Father Dominick Fullam all my friends in faith for their prayers. I thank Him for Dr. Hansel Janet' and all the caregivers who were so loving and considerate. Although I have always had a passion for flowers my greatest wish would be to have memorials made to the St. Vincent de Paul Society, St. Mary's Catholic Church, 8343 Woolmarket Road, Biloxi, MS 39532 or the St. Vincent de Paul Pharmacy, P. O. Box 1228, Biloxi, MS 39533. Please remember me in your prayers and Masses. See you later------Betty" A Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:45 a.m. Tuesday, April 6, 2010, at St. Marys Catholic Church where friends may visit from 10:30 a.m. until service time. Interment will follow in Biloxi National Cemetery. Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, Howard Avenue, in Biloxi is in charge of services.
