Betty Sue Collier Singleton

Mrs. Betty Sue Collier Singleton, 73, of Ocean Springs, MS died Saturday, February 12, 2005, in Ocean Springs. Mrs. Singleton was born in Wink, Texas and grew up in Lake Charles, LA. She had been a resident of the coast since 1973. She attended McNeese State College and was formerly employed at the Gulf Coast Research Lab. She had also been employed with State Farm Insurance Company for 13 years.Mrs. Singleton was a Baptist. Survivors include her daughters, Karen L. Moses of Brookneal, VA and Cathy S. Lacy of Ocean Springs; her mother, Mrs. Nevada Trahan of Ocean Springs; two brothers, Richard Trahan of Pensacola, FL and David Trahan of Houston, TX; her beloved companion, Brian Begue of Ocean Springs; four grandchildren and one great grandson. Graveside services will be held Tuesday, February 15, 2005, at 2 p.m. at Crestlawn Memorial Park. Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home in Ocean Springs, MS is in charge of arrangements.
