Betty V. Tiblier Mallett

"This is my commandment: Love one another as I Love You." John 15:12 Betty V. Tiblier Mallett, age 69, died Friday, May 27, 2005 in Ocean Springs. A lifelong resident of the Coast, she was cherished dearly by her family and friends. Mrs. Mallett devoted her life to caring for her family, and was especially know for her many delicious recipies, always seasoned with love. She was a past president and member of the Elks Ladies Auxiliary and of the Catholic Faith. Mrs. Mallett was preceded in death by her parents, Owens and Delia Tiblier and infant grandson. She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Jerry K Mallett of Gautier; son Jerry K (Gwyn) Mallett, Jr. of Thomasville, GA; daughters Jill Olsen of Gautier, Dynitia (Raymond) Davis of Pascagoula, and Molly (Jim) Lety of Gautier; grandchildren Lauryl Kent, and Seth Mallett of Thomasville, Johnny (Amy) Olsen, Jr.of Biloxi and Jamie Olsen of Gautier, Jessica (Jeremy) Goff of Brandon, Jarrod and Javvin Davis of Pascagoula, and Betty Katherine "Kate" and Abigayle Lety of Gautier; and great-grandchildren Alaina and Charlie Olsen of Biloxi; brothers Emile (Margie) Tiblier, Milton (Rosemary) Tiblier, twin Billy (Doris Mae) Tiblier, and Jack (Glenda) Tiblier and sisters Delores (Webster) Lee and Doris (Billy) McClellan all of Biloxi and numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends. Visitation will be Saturday, May 28, 2005 from 6pm to 9 pm at the Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home. The funeral will be Sunday, May 29, 2005 at 2pm. Burial will follow at Antioch Cemetery in Vancleave. Pallbearers will be her grandsons.
