Bidwell Cates, Sr.

Mr. Bidwell Cates, Sr., 68, of Ocean Springs, MS, died Saturday, February 21, 2009, in Ocean Springs. Mr. Cates was born in Pascagoula and remained a life long resident of Jackson County. He was a Baptist. He is survived by his daughter, Stacie L. (Steven) Pullin of Ocean Springs; son, Bidwell "Billy" Cates, Jr. of Moss Point; brother, Austin (Belinda) Cates, Sr. of Helena, MS; eight grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation is Tuesday, February 24, 2009, from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. at Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home in Ocean Springs. Graveside services will follow at Larue Cemetery at 3 p.m.
