Bill Arnold

Bill Arnold, age 62, passed away Friday, June 27, 2014 in Gulfport. He honorably served in the US Air Force from 1973 until 1979, after which he pursued a degree in Respiratory Therapy. Upon attaining his degree, he proudly worked at Memorial Hospital in Gulfport for 25 years. Bill loved to stargaze and kept up with all the latest news with NASA. He loved his family dearly and had a special place in his heart for the family's pets. Bill is survived by his loving wife of 28 years, Edna; his three children, Thomas (Amanda), Robert and Kim; and his newborn grandson Charlie. His pets Lucy, Cammie and Earl will miss him also. Visitation will be Tuesday, July 1, 2014 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Bradford O’Keefe Funeral Home, O’Neal Rd in Gulfport. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, July 2, 2014 at 11:00 AM at Coalville United Methodist Church in Woolmarket where friends may visit from 10:00 AM until service time. Interment will follow at Coalville Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, friends may consider a donation to the Humane Society of South Mississippi, 2615 25th Ave Gulfport, MS 39501 or to Coalville United Methodist Church missions.
