Billy Clifton Childers

Billy Clifton Childers, 70, of Saucier, MS died on Friday, August 26, 2011. Billy was an avid fisherman. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather that enjoyed wrestling. He is preceded in death by his parents Horace and Williebee Clifton; and two grandchildren, two brothers, Bobby and Travis Childers; three sisters, Lois Kates, Carolyn Childers and Wanda Kay Childers. He is survived by his wife of 22 years Myrtle T. Childers; four daughters, Wendy Hering, Cathy Childers, Stacey Barkfelt and Jamie Sturges; three sons, Robert, Michael and Steven Childers; one sister, Margaret Lee, thirteen grandchildren and three great grandchildren. There will be a visitation on Tuesday, August 30, 2011 at the Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers the family has set up a benefit account at Keesler Federal Credit Union.
