Billy R. Yarber

Mr. Billy R. Yarber, age 74, of Ocean Springs, MS., died Wednesday, May 18, 2005, in Ocean Springs. Mr. Yarber was a resident of the community since 1977 and was a 27 year veteran of the US Air Force. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Karen Chandler, his parents, George and Rena Yarber, sister, Maxine Yarber, and three brothers, Clyde Yarber, Howard Yarber, and Ferrell Yarber. He is survived by his wife of 50+ years, Kathleen Yarber of Ocean Springs, five sons, Rodney Yarber of Ocean Springs, Jeffery Yarber of Bonaire, GA., Gregory Yarber of Hiram, GA., Byron Yarber of Neely, MS., and Gary Yarber of D'Iberville, MS., one sister, Silora Mae Carr of Mt. View, MO., twelve grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Visitation will be on Monday, May 23, 2005, from 6-8 PM, at the Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home. On Tuesday, May 24, 2005, there will be an 11:30 A.M. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Biloxi National Cemetery.
