Billy Wayne Hamilton

Billy Wayne "Tiger" Hamilton, 71 of Gulfport, died Monday, September 26, 2011 in Gulfport. Mr. Hamilton was a native and life long resident of Gulfport. He was of the Baptist faith, a retired home builder and former wrestler. He is preceded in death by his parents, William and Carrie Hamilton; four sisters, Patsy Bobinger, Rita Hudson, Valerie Ellsberry, Carol Moran and a brother, Walter Hamilton. He is survived by two daughters, Melissa Hamilton, Lari Lee; a son, Billy Hamilton all of Gulfport; four sisters, Margaret Strickland of Picayune, Bessie Winstead of Jackson, Beatrice Preswood of Houston, TX, Barbara Taranto of D'Iberville; two brothers, Leo Hamilton of Sea Isle City, NJ, Donnie Hamilton of Mobile and seven grandchildren. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, September 29, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at the Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, O'Neal Road, Gulfport Chapel, where friends may visit one hour before service time. Interment will follow in the First Free Church of God Cemetery.
