Bobbie F. Smith

Bobbie F. Smith, 77, of Ocean Springs, MS, passed away on Thursday, June 4, 2015 in Ocean Springs. Miss Smith was born in Simsonville, SC to William D. and Carrie Foweler Smith.She was a longtime resident of Ocean Springs and a 1956 graduate of Ocean Springs High School. Miss Smith was employed with Precision Optics for over 40 years. She is preceded in death by her parents; her nephew, Robert “Sparky” Reeves; her brothers, Charles (Lou), Junior and Homer; and her sisters, Ethel, Lorena, Mildred Davis and Cynthia Ferrill. Miss Smith’s survivors include her twin sister, Betty M. Jolly; her nephews, Thomas (Kim) Reeves and Dennis (Rachael) Reeves; and her niece, Jeanna Reeves. She is also survived by her extended family, her sisters, Ida Mullen, Patricia Shoemaker and Lorraine Battaya; her brother, Charles “Eddie” Mullen; her niece and Godchild, Trudy (Charlie) Moran; her nephews, Philip Shoemaker, Robert “Bobby” Thompson and Bryan Thompson; and numerous great nieces and nephews. Private services will be held at a later date.
