Brenda Myers Mareno

Our beloved mother, Brenda Myers Mareno, sadly left us on January 1, 2024 at the age of 83.

She was an active member of the Nativity BVM congregation as well as a cantor and choir member.

She enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren. If one us said, "let's go" there was a good chance she was waiting in the car for us!

Brenda is preceded in death by her parents, Alfred and Edna Myers; her husband, Allen Mareno; sons, Gregory Earl Mareno and Dana Mareno; sister, Joann Stortavant; and grandson, Andal Sutton.

Survivors include her daughters, Coleen Foster, Denean (Al) Mareno Thompkins, and Angelique (Rudy) Gossman; sons, Allen Mareno Jr., Scott (Angie) Mareno, Victor (Cathy) Mareno, and Brent Mareno; niece, Kathy (Donald) Draper; 13 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 9, 2024 from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm at Nativity BVM Cathedral. A Memorial Mass to follow at 12:00 pm.
