Brenda Scarborough Green

Brenda Scarborough Green, 78 of Biloxi, MS passed away on April 8, 2025.

Born in Biloxi, MS on October 6, 1946 to Woodie & Bennie Lee Scarborough of Biloxi, she was a life long resident of Biloxi. Educated at Charity Hospital in New Orleans as a radiology technologist, she worked in many roles in health care along the Gulf Coast in her career; the majority of which were in private practice with long time orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Bud Longnecker.

Brenda was preceded in death by her parents, Woodie & Bennie Lee Scarborough; her brother, James Scarborough; and her son, Joshua James Green.

She is survived by her grandson, who was the absolute love of her life, Reese James Green; her daughter in law, Lindsey Green; her sister in law, Brenda Scarborough; her dear cousin, Linda Wallace; and many other cousins, nieces and nephews.

Ms. Green was laid to rest at Coalville United Methodist Church Cemetery in Gulfport, MS.

The family would like to extend their gratitude to the staff and providers of Memorial Hospital for their care in her last days.
