Cadyn Miller

Infant Cadyn Noah Miller, of Biloxi, Mississippi, entered into Heaven on Thursday, April 13, 2006, after fifteen months of life. Cadyn battled numerous health issues resulting from Costello's Syndrome during which he showed amazing strength and determination. Cadyn was the first heart transplant in the nation diagnosed with Costello's Syndrome. Cadyn will be remembered for eyes as blue as the sky, a smile that melts your heart and a personality that inspired us all. He was preceded in death by his grandmothers, Elizabeth Miller and Catherine "Kitty" Calhoun. Cadyn is survived by his parents, JoAnna Miller and Cameron Calhoun, older siblings Jordan and Kayla, grandparents, Hurshel and Lyn Miller, and Leon Calhoun, and his extended family and many friends. Visitation will be on Friday, April 21, 2006, from 6-8 PM, at the Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home. On Saturday, April 22, 2006, there will be a 12:30 PM chapel service in the funeral home. Burial will follow in Crestlawn Memorial Park. JoAnna Miller will be accepting donations in memory of Cadyn Noah Miller, for continued research for Costello's Syndrome and families that may face these same heartbreaking medical issues, at Regions Banks along the coast, formerly Union Planters Bank.
