Carlos Israel Rodriguez-Mateo

Carlos Israel Rodriguez Mateo, 20, of Oaxaca de Juarez, Mexico passed away on Monday, September 2, 2024 while working in construction.

Carlos was born in Oaxaca de Juarez, Mexico on June 16, 2004 to Felicitas Mateo Zeferino and Alexandro Rodriguez Cruz. He enjoyed skateboarding, playing video games and drawing.

Funeral Services will be held at Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home on Howard Avenue in Biloxi on Sunday, September 8, 2024 at 7:00 pm. Friends may visit from 5:00 pm until service time.
