Carmen Mesick

Carmen Mesick, 1965 ~ 2024, age 58 of Ocean Springs, MS has crossed the rainbow bridge on April 3, 2024 in Pascagoula, MS after a long battle with cancer– what can I say other than she helped everyone as much as possible and touched so many along the way. 

Taking care of her French bulldogs, Payton, Ducky RIP, William RIP and Bullwinkle RIP was especially joyful for her. She loved gardening and even had her own grow room. She was a wonderful person to be around and had an infectious smile. Carmen was a graduate of American River College and will always be a “Beaver”. She will always be with us wherever we are and will continue to take care of everyone she loved.

She leaves behind her husband of 38 years, James; her daughter, Ashley (Nick) Varcados; her nieces, Christina, Aubrey and Marisa; her nephews, Ryan, Matt, John, Mike and Zach; and her grand-nephew, Andrew.

Carmen’s ashes will be spread at various beaches in Florida and California.
