Carol Ann Moe

Carol Ann Moe, age 69, a resident of Gulfport, Ms since 1973, passed away on July 6, in Gulfport. She was born on February 14, 1941 in Dayton, OH. Mrs. Moe worked 37 years in the transportation business, serving as President of TMG Express from 1990-2000. She headed up a new company, CAM Transport and served as President until her death. She is preceded in death by her husband, Marwood (Woody) Moe; her father, Carl Clayton Smith; and her brother, Eugene Smith. Survivors include her mother, Evelyn Ballard; three sons, Joseph Mark Smith (Brenda), Jeffery Scott Smith, and Kent Jason Smith; granddaughters, Stephanie Carmack, Rachael Soto, Stephanie Smiley; grandsons, Kyle Smith and Chase Smith; and great-grandchildren, Layla Soto, Emma Harris, Jaycen Smith, and Mitchell Smith. Mrs. Moe will have a private graveside service. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations to the American Cancer Society, 417 Security Square, Gulfport, MS 39507.
