Carrie Strangi

Carrie Stangi, 87, of Jackson, MS died Wednesday, January 23, 2008 in Jackson, MS. Carrie was born in Biloxi on January 31, 1920. She graduated from Biloxi High School where she was a member of the National Honor Society. She attended Business College in N.O., LA. She was of the Catholic faith. She was preceded in death by her parents, Santo trangi, Sr. and Ora Theresa Holley Strangi, three sisters, Penny Strangi, Lena Palmer, Odie Swetman, three brothers, Albert Strangi, Thomas Strangi and Santo "Sam" Strangi, Jr. Survivors include two sisters, Annie Meeboer and Theresa Mitchell both of Biloxi and numerous nieces and nephews. There will be a graveside service on Thursday, January 24, 2008, 2:00 p.m. at Southern Memorial Park Cemetery. Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Homes, Pass Road is in charge of arrangements.
