Chad Jason Lee, Jr., age 10, of Gulfport, died Wednesday, April 4, 2007 in Gulfport. Chad was born in Gulfport and was a lifelong resident of the Gulf Coast. He was a 4th grade student at Magnolia Park Elementary School in Ocean Springs. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Lizana. Chad's hobbies included fishing, baseball, hunting and riding his 4 wheeler. He is survived by his mother, Devan Bachtel High and step-father Dan High, his father, Chad Lee, Sr. and step-mother, Jaime Lee; a brother, Jacob Graves; sisters Kyrstan Lee, Sarah McGowan, and Alexus Lee; grandparents, Karen Ladner Trotter, Bobby Trotter, Richard Bachtel, Sharon and Bob Barrett, and Freddy Lee; great-grandparents, Eunice Ladner, Delma Simmons, John Simmons, and Edith Mauterer; aunts, Lisa Milfelt, Marrita Lott, Shannon Bachtel, and Gloria Chris; uncles, Ricky Lee, Mike Lott, Jr., Mike Milfelt, Brian Bachtel, and Richie Bachtel; cousins, Brittany Trotter, Amber Trotter, Caley Lott, Madison Bachtel, Makyla Alleman, Brandon Lee, Dylan Lee, Dustin Richards, Saxton O'Brien, Jacob Bachtel, Tyler Bachtel, Nick Bachtel, and Daniel Lott. CHAD DIED AS HE LIVED - THINKING OF OTHERS FIRST. Visitation will be held Friday, April 6, 2007 from 6 until 8 p.m. at Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, O'Neal Road, Gulfport. The funeral service will be Saturday, April 7, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow at Wolf River Cemetery in Harrison County.
